Item was bent on the side which I admit was maybe hard (but not impossible) to notice until it was opened. But it obviously wasn’t the item in the picture. I contacted and seller offered a partial refund. A nice offer which I accepted. Seller said they would send it next day. But two days passed and I had not heard back. I had to contact them again and they said they got sidetracked and sent it then. Not a bad experience, but not the best. I just wanted to be honest.

the album is new and sealed as promised the item in the picture was the one that was sent. yes you did contact me Feb 5th after hours i told you i would refund you on Feb 6th a partial refund. yes this was on the back of my mind as i was not at a computer and had other issues to attend to. i sent you a refund on Feb 7th first thing it was only 1 day that had passed since you first messaged me.

I don't see how what I said in my feedback is any different from your reply, with the exception of the fact that you did not mention that I had to contact you two days after you offered the refund because you didn't follow through. As I said in your request to revise, my account of the transaction was honest, and I do not believe a buyer should have to spend this much time on a transaction, especially to follow up on a seller's word or promise. Transaction was okay, not positive. Neutral.

Cheaper at Best Buy
Love the M1 Pro that I have, works really well. 16GB is more than enough to run a Parallels VM for the 1 WIndows app I just can't get a native version of. Check Best Buy and others for better pricing on a new item, than the used items being sold on eBay.

Good computer. Bad power supply
Computer it self was good. The power supply stopped working after a week. They sent a cheap after market power supply. Had to replace it with a new one from Apple.
